At Rahua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rainforest-grown beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
